ADMINISTRATOR – Aberdeen, UK (Ref: 08/011)

An immediate full or part-time vacancy exists in our Aberdeen office for an enthusiastic Administrator to give comprehensive support to the Operations Departments. Applicants should hold an administration qualification or have relevant experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Word processing and data entry in preparing reports, tenders, company correspondence, etc., with emphasis on maintaining a high standard of accuracy and presentation.
  • Telephone and reception back-up.
  • Assist operations in organising travel and accommodation to inter-company personnel and visiting clients.
  • Upkeep and maintain the filing system.
  • Assist in any projects as requested i.e. collation of information, statistics; retrieval of documents, etc.
  • Record minutes of meetings

Candidates must be able to multi-task, work under pressure and work to a strict time schedule.
