Corex Kazakhstan
Corex formed a joint venture, KazCoreResearch (KCR), in 2002. KCR has an agreement with KazakhstanCaspiShelf (KCS) to provide Core Analysis to the Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Industry. The laboratory is staffed by a combination of Corex personnel and local KCS staff. The laboratory combines state of the art equipment with a large warehouse capacity for geological sample and data storage with excellent viewing facilities. Other services such as Special Core Analysis, Formation Damage, Flow Assurance, Geological and Petrological Services, PVT Services, Environmental Testing and Geochemistry can all be provided by KCR using Corex’s expertise.
